As part of our school’s International Baccalaureate programme, the 3rd grade, this year, has taken care of their vegetable garden!
On Friday, November 11, the joy for students & teachers was doubled! The occasion was the visit of the beloved students of the Hopscotch kindergarten to the interactive European school! The students of the 3rd grade took over the tour of our little friends in the school area, and then, they anointed their helpers in the process of taking care of the vegetables in the greenhouse area! No student lacked enthusiasm, dedication, and concentration! The result was genuinely unique, and the collaboration experience was unrepeatable!

The DES Vegetable Garden reminds the students about the true source of our food supply and teaches them valuable gardening and agriculture concepts. They can exercise and improve skills that integrate with other subjects such as Mathematics, Science, Art, Health, Physical Education, and Social Studies, as well as several educational goals such as personal and social responsibility.
