Positive reinforcement
Every day some students receive badges according to their effort, performance and behaviour. At the end of the week, students that have acquired the most points on a platform used as a motivation tool receive prizes and medals for their thorough school work.
Using positive reinforcement can help children from an early age and beyond mature through adolescence and into adulthood.
With the use of positive reinforcement, students’ engagement increases, self-confidence improves, a positive environment is created, and increased motivation.
By motivating and offering stimuli to the students, they gradually improve and achieve more effective self-regulation.
